If you're a consultant or contractor and travel onsite for work... this app could help you manage & track the hours for your time sheets & motor vehicle logs.

The motor vehicle log book keeps all the information you need as required by the Taxation Office making it easy to claim your motor vehicle expenses as a deduction at tax time.

Summary of what the app does:

* Records the hours for your time sheets
* Records the motor vehicle mileage in a log book
* Export the information to Excel
* Import the data into MYOB, Quickbooks, MoneyWorks and Triumph

How to use the app?

Setup the defaults in Settings:

- Set a default Client code if required
- Set a default Employee code
- Set a default Hourly rate
- Set a default Labour Activity code


Record Entry:

Easy to use and simple user interface that captures the following information:

- client code
- job number
- employee code
- cost centre code
- labour activity
- start time and end time by tapping the Date field
- trip start and trip end odometer readings
- details and purpose of the work


Reports View:

- Search the data entered by providing start and end dates to query the database
- Data returned by the above user defined dates provides a summary of hours worked or logged


Export function:

- Email the data in csv format any time
- View and manipulate the data in Excel
- Export the data by date range
- The data exported in csv format can be imported into MYOB, Quickbooks, MoneyWorks, Triumph and many other accounting software
